1. Program description

Circle Software, Inc. (“Circle Software,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS text messaging program called Circle Investor Alerts. The program sends account-related text messages to investors who have registered for an account on the Circle Software investor portal and who have expressly consented to receive them.

Messages sent under this program include:

• One-time verification codes used to confirm your identity
• Alerts when investment documents are ready for your signature
• Updates on the status of your investment funding

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box during account setup at invest.circlesoftware.com/setup/sms, or at any time from your account settings. Consent is given by affirmatively checking a box that is unchecked by default.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your own account activity. Most investors receive approximately 2–8 messages per month.

4. Cost

Circle Software does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages.

You may also turn off text messages in your account settings, or by emailing support@circlesoftware.com.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START or re-enable text messages in your account settings.

7. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described in Section 1.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm both.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
